I’ve come here several times to send parcels, and not once did she say “please” or “thank you.” I initially thought she just didn’t use those words at all, but then I heard her say them to other customers. The difference in attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ll try to avoid coming back.
- BWBenjamin WaumanMay 22, 20221.0Changed this from 5 stars to 1 star. Staff/owners seems very reluctant to run the post office, and blatantly lie. A package was delivered to this post office, and the order page online accidentally populated the address of the post office rather than our own. They opened the parcel, threw out the packaging, and kept the item in the back room. They said nothing had been received and suggested we looked through the waste pile just in case. Only after we found the empty packaging did they produce the product that was inside it from the backroom. The next time a parcel went missing and we expected the same might have happened, they denied this ever took place or that they would open a customer's parcel. Recently they put up a sign saying the post office was closed - it was only 12.30 and there was a long queue of people. They simply closed without saying anything. Besides that, staff are rude and completely disinterested in providing the service.
